You get the price of your deck before we start, in writing. If composite makes sense for you we will say so; if cedar makes sense for your budget we will say that too. Both get quoted on the same sheet.
We draw our own plans, pull our own permits and build to the 2021 IRC with Washington amendments, because that is what Lake Stevens and Snohomish County inspect against. Every ledger is flashed. Every post sits on a footing below the soft ground.

Capped composite or sealed cedar, flashed ledgers, engineered footings and drainage for about forty inches a year.
Permit-aware
